A Poughkeepsie, NY man involved in a motorcycle accident has been convicted of road rage
The judge sentenced 40-year-old Sean Gatewood to three years’ probation, ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring device for 60 days and told him to undergo anger management counseling.
Fellow biker, Nielson was on his motorcycle when Gatewood’s car caused it to crash, the judge concluded.
Nielson and Gatewood were arguing minutes earlier when Gatewood’s vehicle and the bike almost collided.
